Make your own flavoured yogurts
Simply take some plain natural, skyr, or low fat Greek yogurt and add some fruit for your own healthy, delicious flavours. Try some of these great combinations and then let your imagination run wild!
Although the pre-packaged yogurts found in supermarkets can be convenient for busy families, many flavoured yogurts contain added sugar. Surprisingly some can contain over 4 added sugar cubes. Eating less added sugar can help protect your child from tooth decay, obesity and other health issues.
